JC's Kitchen is a local taco shop founded by two talented chefs whose original menu started with a variety of specialty tacos on homemade tortillas, and aguas frescas. I had the privilege of photographing their beginnings and have continued to work with them as their restaurant and menu have evolved. Together, we have collaborated on various projects, including capturing mouth-watering images of menus for private dinner events, weekend brunch, happy hour, and dinner service. I also helped redesign their menu and logo. Our partnership continued to evolve as JC's Kitchen expanded their offerings from specialty tacos and fresh juices to modern Latin cuisine.
